  • 1 slice of lemon 
  • 1 teapot of hot water 

Instructions: 

  1. Place the leaves in a teapot. 
  2. Pour hot water over the leaves. 
  3. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
  4. Strain out the leaves (the leaves can be steeped using a loose tea holder or the plant matter can be strained using a strainer or cheesecloth) 
  5. Add a squeeze of lemon for a zesty twist.
